Installing the Shopify Plugin
Get ecomVance running in your Shopify store in under 2 minutes. This guide walks you through the complete installation process.

Prerequisites
Before installing, ensure you have:

Find ecomVance in the App Store
- Log in to your Shopify admin panel
- Navigate to Apps in the left sidebar
- Click Shopify App Store or visit apps.shopify.com

App Not Appearing
Problem: Can’t find ecomVance in the Apps menu.
Solutions:
- Refresh your Shopify admin page
- Check Apps → Manage apps → Installed apps
- Try reinstalling from the App Store
Installation Failed
Problem: Error message during installation.
Solutions:
- Ensure you have admin/owner permissions
- Check if your Shopify plan supports apps
- Clear browser cache and try again
- Try a different browser
Permissions Error
Problem: “Unable to grant permissions” error.
Solutions:
- Contact your store owner for permission
- Check if your staff account has app installation rights
- Ensure no conflicting apps are blocking installation
