Refund Policy
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes:
- Unused credits remaining in your account
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs or quality
- Failed or rejected requests due to content policy violations
- Service interruptions caused by Third-Party Providers
- Account termination due to Terms violations
- Changes in service pricing or credit consumption rates
- Voluntary account closure or service cancellation
Failed Transactions: Credits are only consumed for successfully completed requests. If a request fails due to ecomVance platform errors (not third-party errors or policy violations), credits may be restored at ecomVance’s sole discretion.
