Get up and running with ecomVance in minutes. This guide walks you through creating your account, verifying your email, completing onboarding, and starting to create AI-powered content.

Sign up with your email and create a secure password.

Click the verification link sent to your inbox.
Complete Onboarding
Tell us about your business (optional but recommended).
Choose a Plan
Select Free to start or pick a paid plan for more credits.
Start Creating
Use ecomAssist or browse tools to create your first content.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Visit app.ecomvance.ai/signup to create your account.
Required Information

Password Requirements
Your password must contain:
- At least 8 characters
- One uppercase letter (A-Z)
- One lowercase letter (a-z)
- One number (0-9)
- One special character (!@#$%^&*)
Legal Agreements
Before creating your account, you’ll need to agree to:
- Terms of Service - Platform usage rules, refund policy, and guidelines
- Privacy Policy - How we handle your data
- EULA - End User License Agreement for generated content
Important: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review our Terms of Service before purchasing credits.
Coming from Shopify? If you installed our Shopify app first, your email may be pre-filled. Just complete the signup to link your accounts.
Step 2: Verify Your Email
After signup, you’ll be redirected to a verification page. Check your email inbox for a verification link from ecomVance.

Didn’t Receive the Email?
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait a few minutes and try the Resend verification email button
- Contact hello@ecomvance.ai if issues persist
The verification link expires after 24 hours. If expired, use the resend button to get a new link.

After email verification, you’ll be guided through a quick onboarding process. This helps us personalize your experience.

All fields are optional! You can skip onboarding entirely by clicking “Skip for now” and update this information later in Settings.

After onboarding, you’ll be taken to the pricing page to select your plan.

After completing signup, you’ll land in ecomAssist - your AI-powered assistant that makes e-commerce content creation easy.

Pro Tip: Upload an image first, then ask ecomAssist to analyze it. It will recommend the best tools and settings for your specific product.

Already have an account? Visit app.ecomvance.ai/login to sign in.
Login Features
- Remember Me: Check “Remember me for 30 days” to stay logged in
- Forgot Password: Click “Forgot password?” to reset via email
- Auto-redirect: If already logged in, you’ll be automatically redirected to ecomAssist

- Click “Forgot password?” on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for the reset link
- Create a new password meeting our requirements
