How Credits Work
Credits are the currency of ecomVance. Every AI generation consumes credits based on the tool used and output quality selected.

Credit Deduction Logic
Priority Order
When you use a tool, credits are deducted in this order:
1. Plan Credits (First)

Balance: 100 plan + 50 package = 150 total

No Refund Policy
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes unused credits, dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs, and voluntary account closure. Credits are only consumed for successfully completed requests.

Cost-Effective Strategies
1. Use AI Shadowing for True Batch Processing
AI Shadowing is the only tool with true batch processing:
- Process up to 50 separate products in one batch
- Each product gets its own individual output
- Same settings applied consistently to all
Other tools (Product Try-On, Product Placement, etc.):
- "14 images" = multi-product compositions in ONE scene
