Is my data secure with ecomVance?

Do you have a mobile app?

Currently, ecomVance is a web-based platform optimized for both desktop and tablet use. Our responsive design works well on mobile browsers for viewing and managing content, though we recommend desktop for the best creative experience. A dedicated mobile app is planned for future release.

Can I use ecomVance for multiple stores or brands?

Can I access my generation history?

Yes, all your generations are saved in your History section. You can view, download, regenerate, or reuse any previous creation. Pro and Enterprise plans offer extended history retention and advanced filtering options.

What happens to my uploaded images?

Your uploaded images are securely stored in our cloud infrastructure. They’re used only to process your requested generations and are never shared or used for AI training without your consent. You can delete your images at any time from your account.

What is Image Upscaling?

Image Upscaling uses advanced AI to increase your image resolution up to 4x while enhancing details and clarity. Perfect for turning web-quality images into print-ready assets, or rescuing lower-resolution product photos for high-quality marketing materials.

Can I generate product descriptions with AI?

Yes! Our AI Description Generator creates compelling, SEO-optimized product descriptions based on your product images and key details. You can customize tone, length, and focus areas. It supports multiple languages and can generate variations for A/B testing.

What kind of resolution can I expect for images?

Our platform generates high-resolution images suitable for both web and print. Standard outputs are up to 2048x2048 pixels, with upscaling available for 4K and higher resolutions. Enterprise plans can request custom resolution workflows.

How does Style Reference work?

Style Reference (formerly Style Cloning) lets you upload an image with a specific aesthetic—lighting, color grading, mood—and our AI applies that style to your product photos. This ensures brand consistency across all your visual content.

Can I use my own models with ecomFit?

ecomFit offers a diverse library of AI-generated models representing various body types, ethnicities, and styles. Enterprise clients can work with our team to create custom model profiles that match their brand’s specific representation needs.

What is Object Removal?

Object Removal intelligently erases unwanted elements from your product photos—shadows, blemishes, stray objects, or distracting background elements. The AI fills in the removed area naturally, maintaining image quality and coherence.

Are new features added regularly?

Yes, we’re constantly innovating! Check the Updates section in your dashboard for the latest features and improvements. Recent additions include enhanced ecomAssist capabilities, improved upscaling quality, and new background categories in ecomStage.

Can I batch process multiple images?

True batch processing is available exclusively with AI Shadowing in ecomStage, which can process up to 50 products in a single batch operation. Other tools support multi-product compositions—you can upload up to 14 images to create a single scene where all products appear together, but each generation produces one output containing all uploaded items.

What file formats are supported?

We accept uploads in JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats. Generated images can be downloaded in PNG (with transparency where applicable), JPEG, or WebP. We recommend PNG for maximum quality and transparency support.

Can ecomAssist write in different languages?

Yes, ecomAssist can generate content in multiple languages including English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Hindi. Just specify your preferred language in your request.

How accurate is the content ecomAssist generates?

ecomAssist generates high-quality content based on your inputs and our specialized e-commerce training. However, we recommend reviewing and customizing generated content to ensure it perfectly matches your brand voice and product specifics.

Can I use ecomAssist to improve existing descriptions?

Absolutely! Paste your existing product descriptions and ask ecomAssist to enhance, shorten, expand, or rewrite them in a different tone. It’s great for A/B testing different copy approaches.

Does ecomAssist remember our previous conversations?

Within a session, ecomAssist maintains context of your conversation for seamless interactions. Your chat history is also saved, allowing you to reference and continue previous discussions.

Can ecomAssist suggest which tools to use for my products?

Yes! Describe your product and goals, and ecomAssist will recommend the most suitable ecomVance tools and workflows. It can also provide tips on getting the best results from each tool.

Is there a limit to how much I can chat with ecomAssist?

ecomAssist usage is included with your plan. Free plans have daily message limits, while Pro and Enterprise plans offer unlimited conversations. AI content generation may consume credits depending on the complexity of requests.


Credits & Usage

What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are the currency for using ecomVance tools. Different actions consume different amounts of credits—for example, a simple background removal uses fewer credits than a complex ecomStage scene generation. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance that refreshes each billing cycle.

How many credits does each tool use?

Credit usage varies by tool and complexity. Background Removal typically uses 1-2 credits, ecomStage generations use 3-5 credits, and ecomFit virtual try-ons use 5-8 credits. Exact costs are shown before each generation so there are no surprises.

What happens when I run out of credits?

When your credits run low, you’ll receive a notification. You can purchase additional credit packs anytime without changing your plan, or upgrade to a higher tier for more monthly credits. Your generations aren’t interrupted—you’ll just need to top up to continue.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No, monthly plan credits do not roll over—they reset at the start of each billing cycle. However, bonus credit packs purchased separately never expire and remain in your account until used.

Can I see my credit usage history?

Yes, your dashboard shows detailed credit usage history including which tools used credits, when, and how many. This helps you understand your usage patterns and plan accordingly.

Are there ways to earn bonus credits?

Yes! New users receive starter credits, and we occasionally offer bonus credits through promotions, referral programs, and special events. Check your Notifications and our Updates section for current offers.

Do failed generations consume credits?

No. If a generation fails due to a system error, your credits are automatically refunded. You’re only charged for successful generations that produce usable results.


Pricing & Plans

What plans do you offer?

We offer flexible plans for every need: Free (starter credits to explore), Pro (for growing businesses with higher credits and priority support), and Enterprise (unlimited usage, custom features, and dedicated support). Visit our Plans page for current pricing.

How does the free trial work?

Web users get a 7-day free trial with 100 credits per day to explore all ecomVance tools—no credit card required. Shopify users who install our app and connect their store receive an extended 14-day trial (7 standard days + 7 bonus days). Credits refresh daily but don’t roll over to the next day. It’s perfect for testing the platform and seeing results before committing. You can upgrade anytime to unlock more credits and features.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Yes! Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel directly from your Billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated credits. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle, and you keep access to current plan features until then.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes, choosing annual billing saves you approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your account settings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment processing. Enterprise clients can also pay via bank transfer or invoice.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term contracts for our standard plans. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime, and annual plans are billed upfront for the year. Enterprise agreements may include custom terms based on your needs.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from the Billing section in your Settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees, and your generation history remains accessible.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of AI generations, we don’t offer refunds for used credits or completed billing periods. All sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues, our support team will work to resolve them and may provide credit compensation. We recommend using our 7-day free trial to fully evaluate the platform before purchasing.

Are there discounts for startups or non-profits?

Yes! We offer special pricing for qualified startups, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations. Contact our sales team with details about your organization to learn about available discounts.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

After cancellation, you can still access and download your generation history for 30 days. After that, data is securely deleted from our systems. We recommend downloading any important assets before canceling.


Technical & Integration

What are the system requirements?

ecomVance is a cloud-based platform that works in any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). No downloads or installations required. For best performance, we recommend a stable internet connection and updated browser.

Do you offer an API?

Currently, ecomVance does not offer a public API. All features are available through our web platform and Shopify integration. We may consider API access for Enterprise clients in the future based on demand.

Can I integrate with Shopify?

Yes! Our Shopify integration lets you push generated images directly to your product listings. You can also pull product data to streamline description generation. Setup takes just a few clicks from your Settings.

What about other e-commerce platforms?

Currently, Shopify is our primary integration. For other platforms (WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, etc.), you can easily download your generated images and upload them to your store. We’re evaluating additional platform integrations based on user demand.

How fast are the AI generations?

Most generations complete in seconds to under a minute, depending on complexity. Simple background removals are nearly instant, while detailed ecomStage scenes or ecomFit try-ons may take 30-60 seconds. You can continue working while generations process in the background.

Is there a size limit for uploaded images?

Individual uploads can be up to 20MB per image. For optimal processing speed and quality, we recommend images between 1-10MB with dimensions of at least 1000x1000 pixels. Larger images are automatically optimized.

Can I use ecomVance images commercially?

Yes! All images generated through ecomVance are yours to use commercially. You have full rights to use them on your e-commerce store, social media, advertisements, and any other commercial purpose.

Do you offer white-label solutions?

Enterprise clients can discuss white-label options where ecomVance tools are embedded into your own platform with custom branding. Contact our sales team for partnership opportunities.


Account & Security

How do I reset my password?

Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page and enter your email. You’ll receive a secure link to create a new password. For security, password reset links expire after 24 hours.

Can I have multiple users on one account?

Pro plans support team collaboration with multiple seats. Enterprise plans offer unlimited users with role-based access control. Each team member has their own login while sharing the organization’s credits and assets.

What is two-factor authentication (2FA)?

2FA adds an extra layer of security to your account. When enabled, you’ll need both your password and a code from your authenticator app to log in. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA in your Settings.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from your Settings. This permanently removes all your data, generations, and account information from our systems. Please download any important assets first, as this action cannot be undone.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can update your email address in your Account Settings. You’ll need to verify the new email address before the change takes effect.

How do you handle my uploaded images?

Uploaded images are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored securely in our cloud infrastructure. They’re processed only to fulfill your generation requests and are never used for AI training without explicit consent. You maintain full ownership of your images.

What data do you collect?

We collect only what’s necessary to provide our services: account information, usage data for improving our tools, and images you upload for processing. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
